When Embrace is charging, the power indicator light on the button will blink according to the battery status.

• Blinking red: 1-10% charged
• Blinking orange: 10-30% charged
• Blinking green: 30-99% charged

Once the light stops blinking and remains solid green, Embrace is fully charged and ready to use. If the light does not turn on, check that the power adapter and cable are securely connected. For best results, we strongly recommend using the included USB-C cable.

A full charge takes about 3 hours.

Embrace is designed to deliver soothing warmth while remaining gentle and safe on your body.

On the highest setting, it reaches a maximum temperature of 45°C (113°F) — the standard recommended level of heat that safely provides effective relief. However, personal preferences and sensitivity to warmth may vary, so we suggest starting on a lower setting and adjusting gradually until you find the level that feels best for you.

For added comfort and protection, we recommend wearing Embrace over a thin layer of clothing (such as a light t-shirt) rather than directly against bare skin.

Embrace offers three adjustable heat levels, so you can choose what feels best:

• High: 45 °C (113 °F)
• Medium: 40 °C (104 °F)
• Low: 35 °C (95 °F)

Embrace is spot clean only. It’s not machine washable and should not be immersed in water.

To clean:

• Use a soft, damp cloth to gently dab the surface
• Use minimal water to prevent moisture from damaging the interior battery
• Avoid chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners
• Do not iron, dry clean, or tumble dry
• Do not hand-wash or soak in water
